HISTORY BEGIN

October 10, 1992:

• Established Tien Phuoc Essential Oil Agricultural Products Company.

May 1997:

• Key business activities are real estate industry, Development of Green Field Villas District 2.

Year 2003:

• Changed its name to Tien Phuoc Co., Ltd.

Year 2007:

• City signed a joint venture agreement with Keppel Land – Establishing a joint venture and implementing The Estella luxury apartment project in District 2

Year 2009:

• Introducing the Model Apartment at the An Phu Binh Khanh Area Resettlement project with 1080 apartments
• Designation of Starwood Group as the management unit of LeMeridien Hotel
• Established Nam Rach Chiec Company Limited (Tien Phuoc - Tran Thai - Keppel Land Joint Venture), developing Nam Rach Chiec residential area.

Year 2010 - 2011:

• Tien Phuoc TPF Charity Foundation was established
• The Estella project won the Green Standard Gold Award by the Singapore Construction Management Authority and was honored as the "Best Luxury Apartment Project" in Vietnam.
• Topping off the roof of the office building- Le Meridien Saigon hotel

Year 2012:
